I was on one of those long journeys and i saw this alarm appear on my dashboard
"A/T OIL TEMP"
This is a 1998 toyota landcruiser VX limited.

Problem or Goal:
A/T OIL Temp
Cause:
Check the gearbox hydraulic fluid, most likely it's low or almost empty.
Solution:
Top up the gearbox hydraulic
Problem Solved?
Yes. alarm clears immediately
